How to Organize a Multi-Product RFQ

Keep shared delivery details and item-specific needs together in one organized request.

If several items share a destination and buying window, put them in one request. It is easier to review than a series of separate messages and reduces repeated information.

Separate shared and product-specific requirements

State the delivery location, start date, and purchasing schedule once. Under each product, list only the pack, quantity, size, count, ripeness, or handling details that are different.

Use consistent units

Use a clear quantity unit for each item and say whether the number is an estimate, a minimum, or the expected amount for each recurring order.

Include the date you need an answer by

Produce availability and specifications can change. Add the requested start date and any planning deadline your team is working toward.
